Vale Liz Alexander

The Australian Sunflower Association is saddened to receive the news of the passing of Liz Alexander. Liz led the Australian Sunflower Association for a number of years and was instrumental in the preparation and delivery of many training courses for growers throughout NSW and Qld. 

Liz also led the development of the sunflower industry strategic plan, providing a deeper understanding of the issues and opportunities the industry faced. 

Her deep passion for agriculture, and in particular, for the Qld Central Highlands, will be widely missed. 

The Australian Sunflower Association extends its condolences to Liz's husband, Doug, their two sons and Liz's extended family.
